摘 要: 为探讨多胺提高水稻的抗性机理,研究渗透胁迫下外源腐胺(Put)和鸟嘌呤腙(MGBG)对水稻幼苗多胺与抗氧化系统的影响.结果表明:渗透胁迫下‘,湘早籼32号’丙二醛(MDA),过氧化氢(H2O)2含量明显上升‘,嘉早935’腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)、精胺(Spm)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及维生素C(Vc)含量上升明显;外源Put处理,明显提高‘嘉早935’Put,Spd和Spm含量及SOD,POD活性及Vc含量;外源MGBG处理,明显抑制‘湘早籼32号’SOD,POD活性和Vc,Spd和Spm含量的上升,且明显促进MDA和H2O2含量的增加.通过相关性分析得出:Put,Spd,Spm与SOD,POD及Vc呈正相关,而SOD,POD,Vc与H2O2呈负相关. To probe into the mechanism by which polyamines enhanced the tolerance of rice to drought,the effects of exogenous Put and MGBG on polyamines and antioxidant system in rice seedlings under osmotic stress were investigated.The results are as follow: Under osmotic stress,MDA and H2O2 level increased significantly in 'xianzaoxian 32' seedlings,while 'jiazao 935' showe a significant increase in Put,Spd,Spm and Vc level and activities of SOD,POD.Exogenous Put treatment which improve significantly Put,Spd,Spm and Vc level and activities of SOD,POD in seedlings of 'jiazao 935'.Exogenous MGBG treatment which inhibite markedly Put,Spd,Spm and Vc level and activities of SOD,POD,and promote significantly MDA and H2O2 level in seedlings of 'xianzaoxian 32'.Through correlation analysis,it showe positive correlation between Put,Spd,Spm and SOD,POD,Vc,meanwhile showe negative correlation between SOD,POD,Vc and H2O2.
