摘 要: 针对负载变化时旁路节流调速回路存在的进油腔压力冲击的问题,采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,研究了节流阀式旁路节流调速系统参数变化对系统动态特性的影响.建立以负载作为输入,液压缸无杆腔压力作为输出的系统动态特性的理论模型,对理论推导和分析进行了试验验证,并利用压力超调量修正了液压元件的主参数额定压力的选取公式,为此类型回路系统设计以及元件参数选择提供参考依据. Due to the pressure shocks of the supply cavity of hydraulic cylinder in response to the load changes to bypass throttle modulating velocity circuit,the influence of parameters changes was studied that of throttle valve type bypass throttle modulating velocity system on the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system by theoretical analysis and experimental study.A theoretical model of dynamic characteristics was established by using load as input and using pressure of hydraulic cylinder chamber without rod as output,and the experimental verification was described for the theoretical derivation and analysis.The formulas of hydraulic elements' principal parameters with rated pressure were modified by using the pressure highly-adjusted capacity,and a reference was provided for the design of the type of loop system and the choose of component parameters.
