摘 要: 概述了影响鲜枣贮藏保鲜的主要因素,介绍了鲜枣贮藏保鲜的主要技术及研究进展,以期为鲜枣的贮藏保鲜研究及应用提供参考。 Main factors that influencing fresh-keeping storage of Chinese jujube were summarized. The storage technology of fresh fruits and progress were reviewed, and some references were put forward for the storage and application.
