摘　　要： 以电白县为例,针对新一轮土地利用总体规划修编的土地利用结构优化,以区域经济效益最大化构建目标函数,社会、生态效益为约束条件,应用线性规划方法优化建设用地结构,研究规划期2020年城镇用地、农村居民点用地、采矿用地、其他建设用地、交通用地和水利用地等6类建设用地结构优化模式,为土地利用总体规划结构布局提供参考。 Aim to optimizing the Dianbai＇s land use structure in the new round overall planing of land uses, taking the regional economic benefit maximization as the goal, and social and ecological benefits as constraints, this thesis applyed the linear programming method to optimize the construction of land-use structure to research planning period （2020） Dianbai＇ s construction of land-use structure optimization model of six types that are urban land, rural settlement land, mining land, other construction land, transportation land and water conservancy and provided a reference for layout of the overall planning of land use.
