多色钛阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性研究

摘  要: 钛阳极氧化膜由于其特殊的性能而得到广泛应用。在此通过测量钛阳极氧化膜在005mol/L氢氟酸溶液中的腐蚀电位随时间的变化以研究其耐蚀性。分析了膜层厚度、膜的形成温度及时间对其耐蚀性的影响。结果发现,当膜厚小于0060μm时,氧化膜耐蚀性随膜厚的增加而降低;而当膜厚大于0060μm时,耐蚀性基本保持不变;膜的形成温度对膜层耐蚀性影响很大; Anodic titanium oxide films have been widely used for their special characteristics.Corrosion resistance of titanium oxide films was studied in 0.05 mol/L hydrofluoric solutions. The effect of film thickness,temperature and time for film-forming on corrosion resistance of the films were also studied.Corrosion resistance of the oxide film decreased with the increase of the film thickness when film thickness was under 0.06 micron and remained constant when the thickness was over 0.06 micron.When film-forming temperature was raised,corrosion resistance of the oxide films improved greatly. The time for formation of the films almost had no effect on corrosion resistance of the films.
