摘 要: 经过近二十年的发展,我国高职教育取得了了令人注目的进步,但离发达国家的发展水平还有很大的差距,特别是在“双师型”师资队伍的建设上尤显薄弱。本文研究发现我国高职“双师型”师资队伍建设中存在一些突出问题是:1.传统观念影响着专任教师生产实践能力的培养;2.领导对“双师型”教师作用的认识影响着队伍的建设;3.师资招聘重名校、重学位使得来源渠道单一;4.专业课教师从事实践能力培养和训练的机会少;5.高职院校职称评审的导向作用不突出等。作者进而提出问题的解决之道以期为促进高职教育的健康发展提供一些参考。 Great progress has been made in the Chinese higher vocational education in the last twenty years; however, there still remains a big gap compared with the developed countries, especially as far as the so -called dual qualification teachers are concerned. The paper discovers the following major issues in the construction of teachers of such qualifications: 1. conventional ideology is affecting vocational teachers to improve their practical abilities; 2. leadership' s low awareness of teachers of such qualifications is impeding the construction ; 3. the recruitment of teachers solely from important universities is making the candidates very limited. 4. Insufficient opportunities for teachers to get involved in on -the -job practical training; 5. The insignificant guiding role played by the academic titles promotion. As a result, the author raises countermeasures to ensure the healthy growth of the higher vocational education.
