摘 要: 为探讨不同供铁水平对油松幼苗光合特性的影响,试验以3年生油松(Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.)幼苗为试材,采用砂培方法,设置1对照(0μmol/L)和3种供铁浓度(30、75、150μmol/L),测定了不同供铁水平下油松针叶4—9月份的光合特性。结果表明:CK和30μmol/L供铁处理的气体交换参数、光合色素及活性铁含量的4—9月份的变化均呈单峰曲线,6月份达到高峰。75、150μmol/L供铁处理的净光合速率4—6月份上升,6—8月份下降,8—9月份呈上升趋势,蒸腾速率、气孔导度、光合色素及活性铁4—9月份变化均呈单峰曲线,8月份达到峰值;不同处理间各指标的大小都存在很大的差异,且变化趋势存在一致性,均表现为75μmol/L(150μmol/L(30μmol/L(CK,结果表明,增加供铁可显著提高油松幼苗的光合能力,75μmol/L为油松幼苗最适的供铁水平。 In order to study the influence on the variation of photosynthesis in Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings under different iron supply, through the sand incubation experiment, the effects of the variation of photosynthesis ,chlorophyll content and active iron from April to September under three iron levels (30.75. 150 /μmot/L) and a cntrol(0 μmol/L)were studied. It shows that, CK and under 30 μmol/L iron supply, the variation of photosynthesis, chlorophyll content and active iron has one peak, and the peak apeares in june. under 75 and 150μmol/L iron supply,the variation of net photosynthetic rate increased from April to June, decreased from June to August, increased from August to September. And one peak apeares in the variation of transpiration rate , conductance, chlorophyll content and active iron and the highese peak was apeareed in august; Deffrent targets has a big deffrence during different iron supply,and has the same trend. All the disposals reaval that 75 μmol/L)150μmol/L〉 30 μmol/L〉CK. It approve that, excessive or lack iron supply might be due to reduce photosynthesis, chlorophyll content and active iron.
