摘 要: 文章通过对深圳一起罢工事件中工会部门行为的考察发现,转型期中国基层工会部门正出现新的变化:被赋予更多的组织工人和帮助工人维权的职能,并且开始发挥实质性作用。政府系统并非铁板一块,由于有作为才有地位,工会部门可能代表工人利益与体制内的其他部门博弈。在新的时期,由于产业工人的抗争和巩固一元化工会合法性等考虑,工会部门正转向兼具传统社会主义国家工会和现代市场经济条件下工会的双重特征。 With the behaviour study of union in Shenzhen on strike found that in transition,China's primary trade union sector is emergence of new changes,they were given more functions of organized workers and help workers protection rights,and began to play a substantive role.System of regime is not monolithic,the union department may represent the interests of workers within the system game.In the new period,as the opposition of industrial workers and to consolidate the legitimacy of unified trade union,union sector have double feature of the traditional socialist countries and trade unions under the conditions of modern market economy.
