摘 要: 在模拟分解炉悬浮及喷腾状态的试验台架上,分别考察了不同温度及掺混生料的情况下,CO2含量对典型煤种在水泥分解炉条件下燃烧释放NO的影响规律。结果表明:在研究的温度范围(850~950℃)内,温度升高会促进燃料氮向NO的转化,而气氛中CO2含量升高时,温度对NO转化的促进作用减弱;水泥生料对煤粉燃烧NO的生成具有很强的催化作用,CO2通过抑制水泥生料中CaCO3的分解抑制了其对NO的生料的催化作用。 The effect of CO2 contents on NO emission characteristics from coal combustion in the presence of cement raw meal at different temperatures and was investigated in a simulated cement precalciner.The results show that the quantity of fuel nitrogen transform into NO increases with increasing the temperature from 850 ℃ to 950 ℃.However,the effect of temperature on the emission of NO became less when the contents of CO2 increased.The cement raw meal had a strong catalytic effects on the emission of NO in coal combusion.The inhibtion of decomposition of CaCO3 in the raw meal by CO2 could prevent the catalytic effect to NO.
