摘 要: 研究复方促排铅功能制剂的抗氧化作用。采用单一雄性2周SPF小鼠,按体重分5组:空白组(CK),高脂模型对照组(MoD)和高剂量组(HD,6.67mg/(kg.Bw.d)灌胃量)、中剂量组(MD,3.33mg/(kg.Bw.d)灌胃量)和低剂量组(LD,1.67mg/(kg.Bw.d)灌胃量)。自由饮水,MoD、HD、MD和LD组喂饲高脂饲料。试验4周末,空腹10h,取血浆和肝,测定血浆中SOD和GSH-PX活力,肝和血浆中MDA含量。结果显示:复方促排铅功能制剂3个剂量组均有较强抗氧化作用,能够极显著降低血浆和肝组织中的MDA含量(P<0.01),提高SOD和GSH-PX活性(P<0.01)。试验结果提示长期摄入复方促排铅功能制剂可以预防多种与脂质过氧化有关的疾病,延长衰老等抗氧化作用。 To appraise the antioxidative function of Functional compound recipe liquid to eliminating lead.75 rats were divided into 5 groups according to weight:CK、MoD、HD(6.67 mg/(kg·Bw·d))、MD(3.33 mg/(kg·Bw·d))and LD(1.67mg/(kg·Bw·d)).Freely drunk and were filled stomach with experimental liquid.To 4 weeks end and limosis 10h,then the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in plasma were set out and the content of MDA in plasma and liver were determined.The result were as follows:The three dosage groups took on strong antioxidative function and decreased the content of MDA in plasma and liver significantly(P〈0.01),increased the SOD and GSH-PX activity significantly(P〈0.01).As concludion,functional compound recipe liquid to eliminating lead has evident function of antioxidation.
