摘 要: 提出一种基于分割的肝癌三维可视化方法。利用动态自适应区域生长算法分别把肝脏、肿瘤以及肝内血管从图像中提取出来,使用数学形态学算子对分割结果图像进行空洞填充及边缘修整,得到最终分割结果;采用MC面绘制方法,对这些器官和组织进行三维重建。实验结果表明:这种方法分割准确,重建的三维器官模型立体感强,形态逼真,便于观察肿瘤与其它器官组织的空间位置关系,可以达到辅助医疗诊断的目的,对肝癌外科手术具有重要的临床应用价值。 A method of 3D visualization for liver cancer was proposed. Firstly, the liver, the tumor as well as the blood vessel were Segmented from the images separately, using the dynamic auto-adapted region growth algorithm; then mathematical morphology operators were used to fill the empty and smooth the edge of the result images; at last through transferring the MC Surface reconstruction algorithm, the organ three-dimensional models were 0btained. The experiment result shows that these models have very strong stereoscopic effect and is good for doctor to diagnose, and it has very important clinical value.
