摘 要: 通过对情感支付内在机理的研究和情感支付模型的构建,分析情感账户的储存及盘点对员工激励的影响及作用。研究结果显示:(1)情感激励的效果取决于领导者的情感支付的基础管理,需要通过明确情感需求和完成情感积累来实现情感储存,为情感投资积累情感资源。(2)情感管理要像管理财务账户一样盘点情感账户的储存状况,防止领导者情感枯竭或透支。 According to the research of the intrinsic mechanism of emotion,this study designs a model of emotion payment management and analyses the impact of the storage and inventory of the emotion account on the staff incentive.The results show that:(1) The emotional incentive effect depends on the basic management of the emotional leader,through clearing the emotional needs and achieving the emotional accumulation to attain the storage of the emotion,which is the accumulation of emotional resources for the emotional investment.(2) Just like the management of financial accounts,emotional management shoud inventory the storage conditions of the affective accounts,preventing leaders' emotional exhaustion or overdraft.
