摘　　要： 分析在先进生产模式CIMS进展实施过程中各种与人有关的因素所起的作用及其相互关系，包括各类人员、组织管理与企业文化，人─机器─环境协同，以及人员、技术与组织的综合设计等。指出认真处理好各种与人有关的因素是实施CIMS能否取得实际成效的关键。 In this paper,the effect of all kinds of the factors involving human and their relations in the course of the progress and implementation of the advanced production paradigm CIMS are analysed concretely,including all kinds of personnel,organization management and enterprise culture,the coordination of human-machine-enviornement,as well as the comprehensive design of personnel, technology and organization,etc. It is pointed out that in the course of the progress and implementation of advanced production paradigm CIMS, alI kinds of humanfactors must be handled constiderably,technology,people and organization should be designed comprehen-sively,which is the key to achieve actual effect in the implementation of CIMS.
