摘　　要： 针对当前就业艰难时期,分析了大学生心理挫折现象,探讨了增强大学生心理适应能力的教育对策,并对大学生挫折心理的两重性及价值进行归纳分析,提出开展大学生挫折心理和行为的教育引导等相关问题。 This paper analyzes the graduates＇ frustration psychology during the hard time for employment and provides the educational strategies to improve their psychological adaption ability so that they are equipped with positive psychological quality.This is an important task for ideological education in college.The author also analyzes the duality and value of college graduates＇ frustrations psychology and put forward some problems concerning the education and guidance of their frustration psychology.
