摘　　要： 本文从有效传播内容的生态和谐、有效传播行为的共识共情和有效传播媒介的多元创新三方面出发,探索有效传播在辅导员工作中的运用模式,以提高高校辅导员的传播能力,提高辅导员工作的工作效果。 Higher education reformation has promoted the work of the content development of students.Counselors are the main bearer of function,the teachers of life,are also the moral,cultural,and knowledge disseminators.As the developing of network information age,form of communication between teachers and students tremendous changes have taken place,how to make use of the dissemination effect at background of the new era ？ This article,from the ecological harmony contents of the effective dissemination,consensus and effective communication behavior and multi-innovation in media in three areas,construct a new work situation in improving counselors＇ effect.
