摘 要: 以电子产品生产过程为代表的现代高质量过程,使得属性数据的控制图扩充到以几何分布为基础的累积合格品数控制图、累积合格品数-r控制图和连续合格品数累积和控制图.考虑具有模糊质检状态的接近模糊零不合格过程,在接受抽样下利用DUNCAN提出的卡方控制图给出相应的统计结果. Modern high-quality production processes represented by the electronic products process have made the control charts for attribute data extend to cumulative count of conformity charts,the charts based on the cumulative count of items produced until r nonconforming items,and the charts based on the count of consecutive conforming items,which are grounded by the geometric distribution.We consider a near fuzzy zero nonconformity process in which some fuzzy inspected cases are involved,under condition of fuzzy acceptance sampling with which we present a statistical result by using Cha-square chart proposed by Duncan.
