摘　　要： 反美主义渊源已久。自美国小布什总统来,反美主义在世界范围内再掀起浪潮,成为国际政治中一个重要的现象。"9.11"事件冲击了美国对自己和外部世界的关系的判断,并在相当程度上改变了美国决策层对当时美国所面临的威胁及应对威胁的手段的认识。在此情况下,以单边主义、先发制人、政权更替为特征的小布什主义指导下的美国外交政策对渊源已久的反美主义起到了推波助澜的作用。 Anti-Americanism has a long history,and has undergone a new tide worldwide in recent years,which has become a remarkable phenomenon in international politics. It is believed that the 9/11 event has greatly attacked American original ideology concerning about its relation with the outside world; and has also to some extent forced American decision makers to reconsider the definition of threats that US is facing today,and initiatives that it shall take in response. Under such situation got on stage the Bush Doctrine,which features unilateralism,preemptive strike and regime change. In summary,it was actually US foreign policy itself that added fuel to the flames of long-time Anti-Americanism.
