摘　　要： 围绕高校党建工作的现状与问题、创新党建工作机制、加强党建工作展开讨论,论证了更新观念、提高党务干部素质、营造和谐校园等问题。 During the new states,our Party coustructing works in institutions of higher education are facing an austere test This paper studies on the the current actualities and the shortages of the Party coustructing works in institutions of higher education,and then discusses the problems such as how to innovating its work mechanisms and how to enhancing its work measures.
