摘　　要： 当前,广东的粤东、粤西、粤北部分县域仍处于欠发达地区,如何进一步推进广东欠发达地区县域经济发展已成为促进广东经济发展的一大问题。本文首先提出推进广东欠发达地区县域经济发展必须实施综合式发展战略,接着提出了综合发展战略的内涵和实施的基本要求,最后提出如何为综合式发展战略创造良好的实施环境。 Many counties in the east, west and north of Guangdong are still underdeveloped, therefore, it＇s a priority issue for Guangdong to promote the economic development in those underdeveloped regions. The thesis points out that comprehensive development strategy should be carried out to promote the county economic development in those areas, and then it elaborates on the connotation and basic requirements of this strategy; it also puts forward some approaches to better the environment for the implementation of such strategy.
