摘　　要： 采用定性分析与定量研究相结合的方法,提出了发达区域村庄建设用地指标体系的具体内容,并以此为基础,重构了依经济社会发展和人口规模双因素控制的村庄建设用地的技术指标。该指标体系解决了村庄建设用地无技术指标的状况,也为从事村庄规划编研人员提供了理论的借鉴及实践的指引。 By adopting qualitative analysis and quantitative research method, the paper proposes the specific content indicators of village construction land in developed regions. On this basis, it recon- structs and controls improved optimization of technical indicators according to social economic develop- ment and population size. The index system solves the status of non-technical indicators in village con- struction land, but also provides a theoretical reference and practice guidelines for editing and research personnel of village planning.
