摘　　要： 以"ME093399型机电一体化实训装置"为研究对象,通过对生产线工艺流程的了解和对检测控制单元的任务分析与探究,找出了输入输出量并分配了I/O地址,进行了软硬件设计;以PLC和组态软件为平台,完成了一个具有动画效果、实时数据处理显示功能的组态界面;设计程序和监控画面均可在生产线应用。 Taking the mechanical and electrical integration device of ME093399 as the study object,this paper introduces the design method of software and hardware which was based on the understanding of production process,analysis of detection control unit and the assignment of input /output address.With PLC and configuration software as a platform,implements the HIM with animation,real-time data processing and display.Program and monitor interface can be applied in production line
