摘 要: 在进口节流调速系统中,负载的变化特别是阶跃变化,液压缸两腔压力会发生动态变化,甚至还会引起系统中液压元件损坏,影响液压系统的正常工作.以节流阀进口节流调速系统为例,建立以负载作为输入,液压缸无杆腔压力作为输出的系统数学模型,得到了液压缸无杆腔压力超调量的变化规律,并对理论推导与分析进行了试验验证,修正了液压元件主参数(额定压力)选择的计算公式,为系统设计以及元件参数选择提供依据. The pressure of hydraulic cylinder chambers will change dynamically and even cause damage of hy-draulic elements and failure of the hydraulic system when the load or step load change.Based on the entrance throttle governing system series-connecting throttle valve,the mathematic model was built by using load as input and pressure of hydraulic cylinder chamber without rod as output,and the changing rules of pressure highly-ad-justed capacity were obtained.The theoretical derivation and analysis were proved by test,and the formulas of hydraulic elements' principal parameters were modified by using the pressure highly-adjusted capacity.
