摘 要: 本文设计了基于先进的数字芯片ARM(S3C44B0X)的织机控制系统,以SAMSUNG公司的ARM7TDMI(S3C44B0X)芯片为核心,以FPGA硬件方案构成伺服电机的驱动电路部分,加上外围的功能模块,构成系统的硬件电路;并按织机工艺流程编写相应的控制程序。实践表明该系统性能可靠、实现简单。 Based on the reliable function and simple design,taking good advantages of the advanced controller and control technology,a loom machine system design based on ARM is presented in this paper.It uses S3C44B0X of SAMSUNG Company as a center part.The FPGA and CPLD are composed of driven circuit parts of servo electric motor.Adding the functional models,the hardware circuit is constituted.The corresponding software part is written according to the process flow of the loom machine system.Pratice shows that the control system is reliable in function and simple in implement.
