摘 要: 建立了月饼冷却过程的统一数学模型,并通过数学模型估计月饼传递过程的热状态。在此基础上采用动态规划原理,进行冷却系统的设计和冷却过程的最小能耗控制,实现了月饼连续生产过程的快速冷却,缩短了月饼的生产周期和延长了保鲜期。该系统已成功地获得生产应用。 This paper proposes an unified mathametical model ofmoon - cake cooling process, by which the hot state of thecake conveying process is estimated. And further more,it,adopts the dynamic programming principle to the design of cooling system and the minimum energy control,thus realizes the buick cooling down of the continuous productionprocess and echieyes a shorter priduction cycle and alonger fresh preserve time of the cake. This system hasbeen successfully used.
