摘 要: 依照本文构建的基于降水距平百分率的气象干旱标准,借助ArcInfo、Envi等分析工具,采用TRMM卫星3B42和3B43降雨数据集对我国2010年年初气象干旱进行分析。分析结果表明:2010年3月,我国西南地区云南、贵州、重庆、四川、广西旱情十分严重,甘肃、湖南等地旱情也比较严重;截止2010年3月底,西南5省除重庆外,均未出现旱情缓解趋势,旱情可能继续发展。同时说明TRMM降雨数据的气象干旱监测效果较好,可应用于我国大尺度气象干旱监测分析。 According to the standard of meteorological drought, constructed in this paper, based on the index of precipitation anomaly percentage, this paper monitored and analyzed the severe meteorological drought of China in early 2010 by utilizing the 3B42 and 3B43 precipitation datasets of TRMM Satellite, by means of ArcInfo and Envi analysis tools. The result shows that: 1)In March 2010, Yunnan, Guizhou, Chongqing, Sichuan and Guangxi were seriously suffered by drought. Gansu and Hunan also underwent a bad drought. 2)By the end of March 2010, the trend of drought mitigation had appeared in no places of the Southwest China except Chongqing. The draught there might sustain. The monitoring results indicated that the TRMM precipitation data showed a good effect in meteorological drought monitoring and it can be applied to large-scale meteorological drought monitoring and analysis in China.
