摘 要: 研究了在室温下用精密pH计速测定白酒中总醛含量的方法。让过量的亚硫酸钠与白酒中醛类进行加成反应,释放出来的氢氧化钠与醛的物质的量成正比,用精密pH计测定反应溶液的pH值,即可推算得白酒中总醛的量。试验结果表明,反应溶液中氢氧化钠的浓度随着醛浓度的增加而线性增加,其对应的方程及参数为:C=-0.0094+0.0333×X,R=0.9994,SD=0.04456。本测定方法的线性范围10~100 mg.L-1,检出限4.0 mg.L-1。测得加标回收率为98.7%~101%。 A new method for rapid determination of trace formaldehyde in alcohol with pH meter was studied at room temperature. When excessive sodium sulfite reacted with the alddehyde species in alcohol, the quantity of the sodium hydroxide that released from the reaction was direct ratio with that of the alddehyde species. The quantity of the alddehyde species in alcohol was calculated with the help of determination of pH value in the reaction solution. The experimental results of the optimal technical conditions showed that the concentration of the sodium hydroxide in the reaction solution linearly increased with increase of the alddehyde species concentration which the linear equation and parameters were: C = - 0. 0094 + 0. 0333 * X, R = 0. 9994, SD = 0. 04456 . Liner relationship between the concentration of the sodium hydroxide and the concentration of formaldehyde was found in the range of 10-100 mg/L. The recovery rate was 98.7 % - 101%.
