摘 要: 在不同温度条件下(15、18、20、23、25、27、30、32、35℃),观察温度对橡副珠蜡蚧发育、存活及繁殖的影响。结果表明:橡副珠蜡蚧世代发育历期开始随温度升高而缩短,25℃最短,为84.3d,之后随温度升高其略有延长,到32、35℃不能完成世代发育;存活率以25℃最高,为57.24%,高温和低温均不利于存活;世代的发育起点温度为10.0℃,有效积温为1483.5日.度;净生殖率、内禀增长率及周限增长率均以25℃最大,分别为358.41、0.0533、1.0548。综合可知,橡副珠蜡蚧的最适生长温度为23~27℃,此温度下,该种群数量增值速度最快。 The effect of temperature on development, survival and reproduction of Parasaissetia nigra was observed at 7 constant temperatures.The results showed that the developmental duration of P.nigra decreased with the temperature increasing from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃, with the shortest of 84.3 d at 25 ℃, while when the temperature ranged from 25 ℃ to 30 ℃, the developmental duration became slightly longer.When the temperatur was at 32 ℃ and 35 ℃, P.nigra failed to develop normally.The survival rate was the highest at 27 ℃ .High and low temperatures were adverse to surviving.The threshold and effective accumulated temperatures for the development of P.nigra were 10.0 ℃ and 1483.5 degree-day respectively.The net reproduction, innate capacity for natural increase(rm) and finite rate of increase were the highest at 25 ℃.The most favourable temperature for the growth of population of P.nigra ranged from 23 ℃ to 27 ℃ by rm as the indicator of the population growth.
