摘　　要： GPS（全球定位系统）已逐渐成为人们广为利用的全球资源，本文介绍的船舶动态监测系统即是利用GPS定位技术，通过无线传输实现对移动船舶的实时监测和跟踪，在对移动目标的管理和调度方面提出了新思路。系统软件是利用VisualC＋＋编程，实现移动目标在电子海图上的叠加显示，主要包括通信协议的建立、数据的接收与销定处理、电子海图的显示以及网络功能的实现。 GPS(Global Positioning System) has become global natual resources of people extensive utilize.Vessel's dynamic monitoring system which is introduced in this paper, makes use of GPS positioning technology,realize realtime monitoring and tracking through wireless transmitting.Put forword a new idea on managing and dispatching of moving target.The software of this system uses Visual C++ programming language to realize the display of moving target overlap on electronic chart, including communication protocol,data receiving and locking,display of electronic chart,realization of network function and so on.
