摘  要: 目的:探讨联合应用UF-1000i尿沉渣仪与XT-1800i血球仪进行脑脊液细胞计数的可行性。方法:分别用UF-1000i尿沉渣仪和XT-1800i血球仪测定102例脑脊液标本的细胞数,并与Neubauer计数板结果进行对比。结果:当UF-1000i尿沉渣仪的WBC<5×109/L、RBC<10×109/L,且XT-1800i血球仪的WBC≥0.5×109/L、RBC≥10×109/L时,线性良好,结果准确,与Neubauer计数板结果间具有良好的相关性(P>0.05)。结论:联合应用UF-1000i尿沉渣仪与XT-1800i血球仪几乎可对所有脑脊液标本进行快速、准确的细胞计数,具有较高的临床实用价值。 Objective To discuss the feasibility of joint detection with Sysmex UF-1000i urine instrument and Sysmex XT-1800i blood instrument to cell-count in cerebrospinal fluid.Methods Using Sysmex UF-1000i urine instrument and Sysmex XT-1800i blood instrument,the cell count was detected in 102 cases of cerebrospinal fluid specimens and compared with the results by Neubauer counting board.Results Using Sysmex UF-1000i urine instrument in WBC5×109/L,RBC10× 109/L while Sysmex XT-1800i blood instrument in WBC≥0.5×109/L,RBC≥10×109/L,the linearity was good and the results were accurate,and there was a good correlation between the results of Neubauer counting board and them(P0.05).Conclusion Combination of UF-1000i urine instrument and XT-1800i blood instrument can provide a fast,accurate cell counting way for almost all of cerebrospinal fluid specimens with high clinical value.
