摘 要: 根据气体辅助注射成型流动过程的特点,从流体力学基本理论出发,引入合理的假设和简化,建立了描述熔体流动和气体穿透的数学模型,并在边界条件中反映出气体穿透和表面张力对熔体充填流动的影响。 The characteristics of melt flow behavior in gas assisted injection molding process is studied, and a mathematical model governing the polymer melt movement and gas penetration is established based on the theory of fluid mechanics and appropriate assumptions. The influence of gas penetration and surface tension on the melt flow is reflected in the boundary condition.
