摘 要: 以8个超甜玉米自交系为亲本,按照Griffing完全双列杂交方法Ⅱ配制组合,分析了超甜玉米果糖含量的配合力效应.结果表明,①果糖含量受加性基因和非加性基因的共同控制;②供试亲本T14的一般配合力较高,其次是亲本T4;T4×T8组合的特殊配合力效应值较高,T14×T1次之;总配合力以T14×T1组合较大,其次是T4×T8,T14×T3;③参试组合的一般配合力、特殊配合力及其变异幅度均存在较大差异;④集一般配合力和特殊配合力之合的总配合力效应,能更好地反映各个杂交组合的杂种优势程度. According to complete diallel crossing Griffing MethodⅡ,a set of combinations involving eight inbred lines was used to study the effect of combining ability of fructose content in super-sweet corn.The results indicated that ① fructose content were simultaneously controlled by additive and non-additive genes;② the effect value of general combining ability(GCA) of parent T14 was the highest among the tested lines,and that T4 line was the second highest;the effect value of specific combining ability(SCA) of T4×T8 and T14×T1 lines was top 2 of tested lines;the effect value of total combining ability(TCA) of T14×T1,T4×T8 and T14×T3 lines ranked No.1,No.2 and No.3,respectively;③ the general combining ability effect among parents and the special combining ability effect among combinations was of great difference;④ the effect of total combining ability involving general combining ability and special combining ability could be more effective to value the heterosis of different combinations.
