摘　　要： 在图书馆团队中创建以服务意识为内核的文化力,需要确立一套被全体员工所认同并付诸行动的核心价值观,需要制定一套为全体员工所自觉遵守的团队行为准则,需要营造一种和谐共济的员工成长和充分发挥作用的发展环境。 Created in the library team to serve as the core of culture sense of power, the need to establish a set has been accepted by all the staff and put into action the team core values, the need to develop a set of employees consciously abided by all the team codes of conduct, we need to create a harmonious Masonic employees to grow and give full play to the role of environment for development.
