摘　　要： 柔性化管理是一种以人为本,突出人性的管理方式。文中从柔性管理的特征分析入手,对在高职院校实施教学质量柔性化管理的策略进行了探讨。将柔性化管理理念运用于高职教学质量管理有利于突出人性化的管理特点,有利于充分调动教师的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,提高人才培养质量,促进高职教育发展。 Flexible management is a kind of people-oriented,prominent humanity management mode.Based on the analysis of the characteristic of flexible management in higher vocational colleges,the teaching quality management tactics of flexibility is discussed.Flexible management concept be used in higher vocational teaching quality management highlight humanized management features,to fully arouse teachers＇ working enthusiasm,initiative and creativity, improve the quality of talents training,promoting education development in higher vocational colleges.
