摘　　要： 当前,高职院校为提升毕业生就业质量,广泛与企业合作办学,实施专业"2+1"订单人才培养模式。文中根据当前部分高职院校已实行的订单培养模式情况,进行了可行性的探讨研究,分析了针对不同企业,建立各具特色的"2+1"订单培养模式,并提出了存在的问题和应对思路。 Graduates of vocational colleges to improve the quality of employment,extensive educational and business cooperation.Implementation of the＂2 ＋1＂Training Mode,This paper analyzes the current part of the Vocational Training Model which has been implemented in order situation,discussion of the feasibility study,analysis of the characteristics of different enterprises,build distinctive＂2 ＋1＂training models,and put forward the problems and respond.
