摘 要: 罗非鱼加工过程中产生大量的加工废弃物,其重量可占原料鱼的40%~55%,本文主要对罗非鱼加工废弃物的研究及利用情况进行了综述,并对废弃物中的活性物质胶原蛋白与活性肽的应用现状进行了深入的讨论,并展望了罗非鱼加工废弃物及其活性物质巨大的开发利用前景。 The paper summarized the current development and utilization about the waste material and bioactive substances from the Tilapia processing, as well as the relative studying methods. The waste material from the Tilapia processing, as the new sources of bioactive substances, has received people's great attention in recent years. The applications of bioaetive substances, such as collagen and bioaetive peptide, have been reviewed too. Bioactive substances derived from the offal have bright prospect in drugs development and research, and showed the enormous development prospects of the waste material for exploration and marketing.
