摘 要: 应用远红外与微波联合干燥黄桃,探讨了各参数对干燥速率、电耗和干燥质量的影响,并获得了较佳参数组合。 In this paper,a series of drying test of microwave united far infrared drying on yellow peach have been conducted.The better combinations of parameter were obtained.The effects of factors on dehydrated quality,dehydrating rate and power consumption were discussed.
