摘 要: 以3头年龄相同、平均体重650kg左右、泌乳期相同的装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的荷斯坦奶牛为试验动物,采用3×3拉丁方设计,探讨日粮中添加脂肪酸组成不同的植物油(葵花油、胡麻油、菜籽油,日粮脂肪含量均为6.5%)对奶牛瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸含量动态变化的影响,以及对乳脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明,3个试验组奶牛瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度差异不显著(P>0.05);葵花油组反-C18:1含量和C18:2含量显著高于胡麻油组和菜籽油组(P<0.05),后两组反-C18:1含量、C18:2含量差异不显著(P>0.05);葵花油组和胡麻油组的多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于菜籽油组(P<0.05);胡麻油组的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),而其他两组SFA含量差异不显著(P>0.05);葵花油组的CLA含量显著高于菜籽油组(P<0.05),但与胡麻油组差异不显著(P>0.05),菜籽油组和胡麻油组CLA含量差异显著(P<0.05)。 Three same age and lactating period Chinese Holstein Cows(650kg) with permanent cannulas on rumen were used as experimental animals.A 3×3 Latin square design was used to study the effects of adding different vegetable oil extracted from sunflower seed,flaxseed and rapeseed as extraneous fat(6.5% in diet) on dynamic changes of VFA concentrations in rumen fluid and on the proportions of milk fatty acid.Firstly we found that there were no significant differences(P〉0.05) as to the concentrations of total volatile fatty acid(TVFA) among three different vegetable oil groups.Secondly we noticed that t-C18:1 and C18:2 contents in sunflower oil group were significantly higher(P〈0.05) than other two groups,but there is no significant difference between flaxseed oil and rapeseed oil groups.PUFA contents in the sunflower oil and flaxseed oil groups are higher than one in the rapeseedoil group,but there is no significant difference between flaxseed oil and sunflower oil groups(P〉0.05).Saturate fat acid(SFA)contents in flaxseed oil group is lower than one in sunflower oil and rapeseed oil groups(P〈0.05),however there is no significant difference between sunflower oil and rapeseed oil groups(P〉0.05).As to CLA,we only found that CLA Contents in sunflower oil group is higher than one in rapeseed oil group(P〈0.05),in addition we didn’t found any significant difference(P〉0.05)between sunflower oil group and flaxseed oil group.
