摘　　要： 依据数值模拟结果，分析了两种洁净室的气流组织和污染分布特性，得出了优化设计参数。 Based on the results of the numerical simulation, analyzes the characteriatics ofthe air distribution and contaminant diffusion in two kinds of cleanrooms, obtains the optimumdesign parameters.
