8-羟基喹啉锆的制备及摩擦学性能研究

摘  要: 以8-羟基喹啉和硝酸锆为原料在乙醇-水溶液中合成一种亮黄色的锆配合物,并用元素分析、XRD、红外等分析手段对其结构进行表征。结果表明,锆配合物为Zr(C9H6NO)4,是一个晶体结构的物质。用MRS-10A型四球机测试Zr(C9H6NO)4在液体石蜡中的摩擦学性能,结果表明,Zr(C9H6NO)4能显著改善液体石蜡的抗磨性能,提高液体石蜡的极压性能,Zr(C9H6NO)4质量分数为0.1%时可使磨斑直径降低24%,质量分数为0.2%时可使承载能力提高29%。采用SEM和EDS分析磨损表面形貌和元素组成,其抗磨作用机制为:在摩擦亚表面形成摩擦扩散层,使得摩擦表面的润滑状态得到明显的改善。 A new bright yellow solid zirconium complex,Zr(C9H6NO)4,was synthesized by 8-hydroxyquinoline and zirconium nitrate in the ethanol-aqueous solution.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis,XRD,FTIR.The results indicate that the complex is Zr(C9H6NO)4.The tribological properties of the Zr(C9H6NO)4 particles as additive in paraffin oil was investigated on MRS-10A four-ball tester, the results indicate that Zr(C9H6NO)4 particles as additive can be effective in improving anti-wear ability, in enhancing extreme-pressure capacity.The wear scar width can be decreased by 24% when the additive mass fraction in paraffin oil is about 0.1%,when the additive mass fraction in paraffin oil is about 0.2%,load-carrying capacity can improve by 29%.The morphologies,typical element distribution of the worn surfaces were characterized by SEM and EDS,respectively.Its anti-wear mechanism is that a permeating layer with zirconium elements is produced in the frictional sub-surface,the layer modifys the microstructure and the lubricating state of the frictional surface.
