摘 要: 采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对8个番茄品种种子萌发期的耐盐性进行鉴定,以期为番茄的耐盐育种和栽培提供材料。结果表明:NaCl溶液浓度为20~40mmol/L时,对各品种的抑制作用相对较小;随着NaCl溶液浓度的增加对种子萌发抑制作用增强,当浓度为80mmol/L时,各品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长、下胚轴长均呈极显著下降。8个品种中,F1的耐盐性最强;其次是F2、F3和F5;F6的耐盐性最弱。 Salt tolerance of 8 tomato varieties at germination stage was compared in order to select salt tolerant varieties for tomato breeding and cultivation. The results showed that the inhibitory effect on all varieties was relatively small as the concentration of NaCI at 20--40 mmol/L. The inhibitive effect on seed germination grew with the increasing of NaCl con- certration, when the concentration of NaCl was up at 80 mmol/L, the germination percentage, germination energy, germi nation index,radicle length, hypocotyl length of all varieties were significantly decreased. The salt tolerance of F1 was best,F2,F3 and F5 were the followings,and F6 was the most sensitive to salt among the tested 8 tomato varieties.
