摘　　要： 生产性实训基地是高职院校在人才培养过程中,实现专业教育目标的主阵地。积极探索校内生产性实训基地建设的校企组合新模式,建设高水平生产性实训基地,是高职院校实训基地建设的发展方向。本文通过对校企合作共建校内水工专业生产性实训的现状、模式、功能、途径等方面进行分析,以达到促进高水平校内生产性实训基地建设之目的。 Productive Training Base in vocational institutions is the main battlefield to achieve the main goal of professional education in the process of talents cultivation.It is the path of development for the establishment of productive training base in higher vocational education institutions through actively exploring the new model under the integration of school-enterprise cooperation for the productive training base on campus and establishing a high level of productive training base.This paper analyzes the current situations,models,functions and ways of school-enterprise cooperation in the productive training base for hydraulic engineering program for improving a high level of productive training base on campus.
