摘　　要： 利用校企合作开展大学生职业发展教育是提高大学生职业发展教育有效性的途径之一。校企合作是大学生职业发展教育的社会性、专业性与实践性的内在要求,它给大学生职业发展教育的主体、客体、介体、环体四要素带来新的变化,在强化师资团队建设、丰富教育内容和形式、促进理论与实践的结合等方面具有独特的优势。 School-enterprise cooperation is one of effective ways to improve college students’ vocational development education.School-enterprise cooperation meets the inherent needs of vocational education’s,such as,sociality,professionalism and practicalness,and it brings changes to subject,object,mediator and environment body,which strengthens the construction of teachers,enriches teaching content and methods,and promote the combination of theories and practice.
