粉单竹高得率浆返黄过程中竹沥液对纤维素的影响

摘  要: 采用自制紫外光返黄装置进行紫外光照辐射,研究光诱导返黄过程中竹沥液对粉单竹中分离出的纤维素的白度影响,比较了返黄前后纤维的表面变化和结构变化,探讨了高得率竹浆易于返黄原因。结果发现,添加竹沥液后纤维的白度降低了9.02%ISO,同时还影响纸张的返黄性能。SEM观察到纤维表面吸附着竹沥液,DSC和红外光谱分析发现紫外光照前后竹沥液结构发生变化,生成了新的发色结构。竹沥液吸附在纤维上会降低竹浆白度,提高竹浆返黄程度。 The object of this work was to study the effect of succus bambusae on the brightness of fibers separated from bambusa chungii during light-induced yellowing. The self-make equipment was used to irradiate fiber samples by UV-light, to compare the change of their surface and structure. This would provide the evidence for the researh of bamboo high-yield pulp yellowing. The result showed that the brightness of fibers reduced 9.02% ISO after adding succus bambusae, and also lead to brightness reversion by UV - irradiation. SEM analysis showed that there were substances of succus bambusae remaining on the fiber surface. It was found that component of succus bambusae changed after light-induced yellowing by DCS and FT-IR testing, and produced new chromophore groups. Thus, the adsorption of succus bambusae on the fiber suface can cause brightness reversion, and have obvious enhancement function to the yellowing of bamboo high-yield pulp.
