摘 要: [目的]评价校外导师对预防医学本科生处理公共卫生突发事件能力的培养效果。[方法]聘请疾病预防与控制中心(CDC)的专业人员作为预防医学本科生的校外导师对学生进行实际工作能力的指导,培养其处理突发公共卫生事件的能力。并采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,对这一教学改革的效果进行调查、分析与评价。[结果]相对教改前,教改后学生的实际工作能力有显著提高(P﹤0.05)。[结论]校外导师制能够提高预防医学本科生的处理突发公共卫生事件的能力,同时加强了他们对于理论知识学习的兴趣。 [Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of off-campus tutor system in cultivation of preventive medicine undergraduates' emergency response abilities.[Methods] The professionals of Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) were invited as the instructors of the preventive medicine undergraduates,so as to cultivate the students' practical work abilities and abilities of handling public health critical incidents.The effect of teaching reformation was investigated,analyzed and evaluated by questionnaire and interview.[Results] Compared with the pre-reformation,the students' practical work abilities were significantly improved(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] The off-campus tutor system is effective,which can improve the preventive medicine undergraduates' abilities to handle public health critical incidents,and improve the interest of learning theoretical knowledge.
