绿鳍马面鲀重复发育雄性生殖腺结构与发育组织学观察
Histological Observation of Gonad Structure and Its Repeated Development in Male Navodon Septentrionalis

摘  要: 采用常规石蜡切片、HE组织染色法研究了性成熟绿鳍马面鲀雄性生殖腺结构和发育组织学。结果表明,性成熟绿鳍马面鲀精巢从外形上明显分为上、下两段,上段为生精部,下段为贮精囊。生精部分为2支,呈黄色、长条状;生精部为典型的小叶型结构;精小叶间有间质(Leydig)细胞。其生精部的发育历程可分为重复发育Ⅲ期、精子形成Ⅳ期、精子成熟Ⅴ期和退化吸收Ⅵ期。贮精囊位于精巢的后方并通过壶腹与生精部相连,贮精囊为椭圆形,白色不分支,其组织结构与贮存精子功能相适应,由许多被结缔组织分开的管状囊腔组成;贮精囊组织学变化与生精部周期性的变化相关,又有相对的独立性,也有周期发育,可分为恢复期、生殖期和退化期。 The traditional method of paraffin section and HE staining is used to study the histology of the gonad structure and its development in male Navodon Septentrionalis matured. It is shown in the study results that testis of the male and matured Navondon Septentrionalis consists of two parts. Its anterior part is the spermatogenic testis, and its posterior part is the seminal vesicle. The spermatogenic testis bifurcates into 2 branahes in yellow colour, and its has a typical structure of lobulas among which the Leydig cells exist. The testis developing duration can be divided into 4 stages, i.e. the recovery stage for repeated development (Ⅲ ), the spermiogenesis stage (Ⅳ), the seminal maturity stage ( Ⅴ), and the degradation stage (Ⅵ). Ampulla links the testis with the seminal vesicle, which has an oval shape in white colour. It does not bifurcate and has a structure suitable for sperm storage. It consists of tube-like capsulas which are seperated by connective tissues. Its periodic variation in histology is consistent with the testis periodicity, except that its developing duration only has 3 stages i.e. the recovery stage, the reproductive stage, and the degration stage.
