基于CRH5型高速动车组车辆的轮对动态特性与等效锥度关系初探

摘  要: 为探索轨道随机不平顺激扰条件下高速轮对动力学特性与其等效锥度的关系,采用CRH5型动车组车辆悬挂参数进行车辆动力学计算,分析车轮踏面锥度对车辆平稳性的影响,研究过大的轮对滚动圆半径差能否使车辆在高速通过大半径曲线时发生蛇行现象,并利用LMA型面分析等效锥度与轮对动态横移及轮对恢复对中能力的关系。结果表明:过低的踏面锥度不仅会使轮对动态横移量增大,无益于临界速度的提高,反而会削弱轮对恢复对中能力;合理的踏面锥度应该与轨底坡相匹配,等于或略大于轨底坡。过大的轮对滚动圆半径差可能会激发轮对蛇行。因此,高速轮对等效锥度应兼顾轮对动态横移与恢复对中能力,以确保轮对动态特性的稳定。 To explore the relationship between the high-speed wheelset dynamic performance and equivalent conicity under excitation of random track irregularities,the CRH5 EMU vehicle suspension parameters are used in vehicle dynamics calculations.The effect of the wheel tread conicity on vehicle running smoothness is investigated.Whether the excessive wheelset rolling radius difference will result in hunting of vehicles negotiating large-radius curves at high-speed is studied.The LMA wheel profile is used to analyze the relationship between the equivalent conicity and the magnitude of wheelset dynamic lateral movement and wheelset ability to restore to the centre position.The results indicate as follows: The excessively low conicity will intensify wheelset dynamic lateral movement,prove futile to raize the vehicle critical speed and weaken the wheelset ability to restore to the centre position;the reasonable wheel tread conicity should match the rail cant,namely,equal to and a little bit bigger than the value of the rail cant;the excessive wheelset rolling radius difference may excite wheelset hunting on curved tracks.So,the equivalent conicity of high-speed wheelsets should fully consider both wheelset dynamic lateral movement and ability to restore to the centre position so as to secure high-speed wheelset dynamic stability.
