摘 要: 为解决传统丁基橡胶生产工艺中压缩制冷系统能耗高的问题,将液化天然气(LNG)冷能用于丁基橡胶合成中的制冷工艺,取代压缩制冷负荷。研究结果表明:LNG冷能用于丁基橡胶生产工艺中,可替代原工艺中约1 533.9 kW的冷量负荷,与传统工艺相比,节省约4 008 kW的冷剂压缩功耗,降低能耗达87.4%,大幅度降低了丁基橡胶生产装置的制冷系统成本;同时回收了大量的LNG冷能,降低LNG的汽化成本,进而减少对环境的污染。 To figure out the high energy consumption of conventional butyl rubber compressed refrigeration system, the liquefied natural gas (LNG) cold energy was used in butyl rubber production process to replace the compression cooling load. The results show that the LNG cold energy using in butyl rubber process can replace 1 534.1 kW cold load, save about 4 008 kW compression power of the refrigeration process and cut about 87.4% energy consumption. It can significantly reduce energy costs in butyl rubber refrigeration unit and also make good use of LNG cold energy, reduce LNG gasification cost and environmental pollution simultaneously.
