摘 要: 磷酸钒锂是一种新型的锂离子电池正极材料,其电化学性能受合成方法及工艺条件的影响。介绍了Li_3V_2(PO_4)_3的结构特点及充放电过程的电化学特征。全面综述了采用固相反应法、溶胶-凝胶法及微波法等制备磷酸钒锂的研究现状,并比较了各种方法的利弊。 Lithium vanadium phosphate is a new type of cathode material for lithium-ion battery,whose electrochemical properties are affected by synthesis methods and process conditions. An introduction of the structural and electrochemical characteristics in charge-discharge processes of Li3 V2 (PO4)3 is provided. The research progresses in preparing Li3 V2 (PO4)3 by solid-state reaction, sol-gel, microwave heating methods and so on are reviewed and their advantages and disadvantages are also compared.
