摘 要: 研究表明,杂种小麦麦优4号在不同生态因子下的光合速率均高于亲本。麦优4号及母本ND35的光饱和点约1200μE·m-2·s-1,父本扬麦158的光饱和点约1000μE·m-2·s-1,饱和光强下麦优4号的光合速率分别较ND35和扬麦158提高8.12%和20.18%。麦优4号及其亲本光合作用最适温度均为25℃左右,但前者耐高温能力较强。在50~400μL·L-1CO2浓度下,供试品种光合速率均随CO2浓度提高而直线上升,高浓度CO2(400~650μL·L-1)下麦优4号光合速率的增加快于亲本。水分胁迫条件下麦优4号较亲本维持了较高的光合速率,且在高渗溶液中下降缓慢。此外,麦优4号能适应更高的氮素水平。麦优4号的光合作用表现倾向于母本。 The results indicated that the photosynthetic rate of hybrid wheat cv. Maiyou 4 was higher than its parents at different ecological factors. The saturated light intensity was about 1200 μE·m -2 ·s -1 for Maiyou 4 and ND 35, and about 1000 μE·m -2 ·s -1 for Yangmai 158. The photosynthetic rate of Maiyou 4 was 8.12% and 20.18% higher respectively than that of ND 35 and Yangmai 158 under saturated light intensity. The optimum temperature of photosynthesis in hybrid wheat and its parents were all about 25℃. But the former was more tolerant to high temperature. Under CO 2 concentration of 50-400 μL·L -1 , the photosynthetic rate of tested varieties all were linear increase with the inhance of CO 2 concentration, and the increase speed of Maiyou 4 in high CO 2 concentration (400-600 μL·L -1 ) was faster than those of its parents. Under water stress conditions, compared with its parents, Maiyou 4 could sustain higher photosynthetic rate and its photosynthetic rate decreased slower in high osmotic potentials (-10-20 bar). In addition, Maiyou 4 could suit higher nitrogen levels than its parents. The study found that the responses of photosynthesis in Maiyou 4 more tended to female parent. The hybrid wheat having better ecological adaptability in photosynthesis than its parents probably related to its improved photosynthetic mechanism.
