摘 要: 沿海地区水资源丰裕,但缺水问题严重。本文以区域水资源可持续利用为目标,以可利用水资源量为切入点,提出了沿海缺水区可利用水资源量的定义及计算方法,并对影响可利用水资源的3个主要因子:生态需水量、洪水弃水量及不可以利用水量进行了分析及确定。以湛江市为例进行了计算分析,结果显示,在水功能区达标、扩大调蓄能力及合理开发利用过境水资源的基础上,区域可利用水资源量将大幅度提高。 Aim at regional water resources sustainable utilization,the definition and calculation method of available water resources(AWR) for coastal water-lack areas were proposed in this paper.The ecological water demand,abandoned flood quantity and unusable water quantity,which are the important factors involved in AWR calculation,were analyzed.Taking Zhangjiang City as a case,the results show that the AWR would vast scale based on the water quality satisfaction to the water function areas,expanded water store ability and reasonable passing water.
